1. Estimate Requests & No Obligation

All estimate requests submitted through our website, including via our Jobber form, are non-binding and for informational purposes only.

  • Submitting a request does not guarantee service availability
  • Pricing provided is subject to change after site inspection
  • No contract exists until a written agreement is signed

2. Project Scope & Final Pricing

All estimates are based on:

  • Information provided by the customer
  • Visual inspections (when applicable)

Final pricing may change due to:

  • Site conditions not visible at time of estimate
  • Drainage issues or sub-base problems
  • Changes requested by the customer
  • Material cost fluctuations

We reserve the right to adjust pricing before a final agreement is executed.

3. Scheduling & Availability

Project scheduling is based on:

  • Weather conditions
  • Crew availability
  • Equipment availability

We do not guarantee exact start or completion dates.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Rain or extreme weather
  • Equipment issues
  • Prior job delays

4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate project details
  • Ensure access to the work area
  • Remove vehicles, obstacles, or obstructions
  • Notify us of underground utilities, septic systems, or special conditions

Failure to do so may result in:

  • Delays
  • Additional charges

5. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your written agreement.

Typical terms may include:

  • Deposit prior to scheduling
  • Progress payments (for larger jobs)
  • Final payment upon completion

Failure to make payments may result in:

  • Project delays
  • Legal collection action

6. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made in writing
  • Deposits may be non-refundable, depending on project stage
  • Last-minute cancellations may be subject to fees

7. Workmanship & Materials

We stand behind our work; however:

  • Asphalt and tar & chip are natural materials and may vary in appearance
  • Minor surface imperfections may occur
  • Cracking can occur over time due to:
    • Weather conditions
    • Ground movement
    • Vehicle weight

Maintenance (sealcoating, repairs) is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

Liberty Paving Co. LLC is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing property damage
  • Underground conditions not disclosed
  • Damage caused by third parties
  • Natural wear and tear

Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted work.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree:

  • Not to submit false or misleading information
  • Not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the website
